Open Science
"Open Science" is an approach to conducting and disseminating science research that emphasizes transparency, openness, and reproducibility. With financial support from a UBC Excellence Fund for Strategic Initiatives, a team of UBC faculty and staff has been raising awareness at both UBC campuses about the importance and benefits of Open Science, delivering seminars and workshops on best practices in Open Science, and developing instructional material on Open Science for both undergraduate and graduate programming.
